The grain inside the inserts naturally retains heat to keep you warm and relaxed longer, while the lavender and peppermint soothe your senses. The grain filling inside your slippers will contour to your natural foot shape which applies pressure to acupressure points on your feet for deep relaxation. Stress wears you down so it is important to remember that being relaxed is essential to allowing your mind and body to be healthy.

Do not over heat! Do not heat in gas, toaster, or conventional oven. Do not reheat until completely cooled down (about 1 hour). Although moist heat is known to be therapeutic, it can also be more intense than dry heat. Test temperature before use. Do not use on sensitive skin or areas with poor circulation. Use only with adult supervision. Do not walk in your Warming Aromatherapy Slippers as grain may shift and cause you to lose your balance.
Directions
Remove grain filled inserts from inside the bottom of your slippers. Place inserts in the microwave for 1 minute. Massage and rotate the inserts after heating to disperse the heat and avoid hot spots. If more heat is desired, reheat for 30-second intervals only. You may notice moisture on your Slippers; this is due to the natural effects of heating rice. This moisture creates a deep therapeutic effect for your enjoyment.
